Check out system could be better. Service was good. Most of the aunties in the back are very helpful. 10/10 would recommend the following items: nilupak, cassava cake, yema cake, cheese pimiento! There's so much more so if you're thinking of giving something a try I say go for it!

Inside the Seafood City, On the right. When you spot it, be sure to get a number immediately. Can't be served without a number! Get an Ube cheese pandasal. Everything else is wonderful also, but get the Ube cheese pandasal and it's even better if you get a warm one

I've never had a pandesal before and oh. my. gosh. It was INCREDIBLE. We received a box as a gift and I was blown away. First, the smell was so enticing I had to exercise extreme self control in order to wait and not crack open the box immediately upon receipt. The ube cheese pandesal was unlike anything I've had before but it was amazing. If I had to compare it to anything it would be almost manapua-like but sweet and with cream cheese frosting filling. It was dense, doughy and so flavorful. I can't wait to try more of this bakeries pastries!

Valerios is one of those places that has NOT changed the size of their baked good! Of late I've been lamenting about how the price of everything has gone up and the size of the purchased items have decreased (also applies to the quantity of items you can buy). Anywho! I came by this morning to pick up some Ube Cheese Pandesal and to my surprise (I'm not as surprised anymore that their prices have gone up), the pandesal was the same size as before the price change! How about that?? Then! I love that VTB keeps bringing new things to the "table." Donuts, new pastries, diabetic and low carb no-no's in all sizes and shapes. How about that?! A bakery that doesn't sell JUST sliced bread and rolls but building on more goodies to lure you in and keep you coming back. And oh: PICK A NUMBER or you'll be passed over. You must purchase your items at VTB and not the Seafood City or Grill cashier. I'll brave the smells, the invasive personal space takers and dangerous parking lot driving for their Ube Cheese Pandesal any day.

Valerio's is a hidden gem located inside of Seafood City. Always would come here with my mom because she always eats ube pandasal every single day and comes here every week to get her fix. Never paid attention too much until i realized the bakery behind the glass offers a variety of different donuts and dessert that i've never even heard of. One look at the desserts and one look at the prices will make you want to buy one! Huge donuts for less than $3? sign me up! I got the ube oreo cheesecake croicup and it was sooooo goood! I only ate half of it and saved the rest for my dessert later for $2.75. It's enough to enjoy with someone else if you wanted to share it! It's on the messier side though, you'll have crumbs everywhere on your clothing if you aren't careful. Next time I come back I want to try tuxedo croissant and the soufflé cheesecake. Other than the donuts provided behind the glass. They offer a variety of fresh packaged bread. One of my faves is the ube bulilit. Service is also good too! Workers are nice and friendly. Most days there isn't a long line which is good as well!

No matter what time of the day you visit, there are always customers lined up waiting to purchase their favorite baked goods from Valerio's. I'm sure every customer has their favorite, but personally, I go there for the Ube Hayala Puff. It's a light, flaky pastry filled with Ube flavored cream. Plus you can't go wrong with the price; $1.99 each! Valerio's is located in Waipahu Town Center inside of Seafood City. It's on the right hand side as soon as you enter right after Jollibee, which is another one of my favorites but that's a whole different story...

ooh... omg.. Wow! What a surprise to see the glass display with DONUTS!, Run don't walk to Valerios's. hehe. Since when did they have donuts?! per cashier about 2 months ago. I made a stop for ube bread and ended up getting a few donuts, then came back the next week to grab more to share with my coworkers. Valerio's Tropical Bakeshop located in Seafood City on your right next to Jolliebee. Thank goodness for this bakeshop, got all of my favorite Filipino goodies. I try to avoid coming here but its so hard to. My weakness and now that they have donuts, its even more hard to avoid. Lets talk about the donuts, its not just your typical glazed donuts. Its fancy kine donuts, cannoli, twix, tiramisu, chocolate haupia, strawberry cheesecake, black forest, smores, leche flan, banana, and are you ready for this, ultimate Ube Halaya Donut!! I couldn't resist, got me myself the twix donut and ube. This Sunday, will is my Cheat day hehe!! I couldn't wait and ate the twix donut after our lunch, since twix is my favorite candy bar. The donut has twix flavored frosting and a small piece of twix on top. Later that night after dinner, I half ube donut with my other half. My son claimed both Ube donuts, he loved it too! The verdict, Omg that was some good Ube donuts. The donuts are actually really good , the ube donut has ube cream in the middle topped with ube pillows and more ube on the top. I would have to say Ube is my favorite my favorite! During my 2nd visit out to Valerios for more donuts, I called my son to ask if he wanted to try other flavors but he chose the ube again. Ube wins! Not sure if the special donuts are availabe for a limited time, I hope not. I will be back for more sooon. Be sure to pull a number first thing, while waiting grab all the items you need and decide on what goods to get before your number is called.

I came here special for some ube cream cheese pan de sal because I was in Waipahu for other business. They're $2 each in plastic bags. But if you want a box, they have it prepackaged in a set of six. The line can get long. They have a pull-a-number system so it moves pretty quickly. The pastries are delicious but I took one star off for the ambiance because it stinks in there. It's located within a grocery store with other little shops. Something there has a powderful fish aroma that I don't care to be smelling when I'm trying to be in a pastry kind of mood. Lol! Sorry, just being honest. But the smell is worth it. Just go eat your pastry somewhere far outside of the store.

Located in Seafood City Waipahu is a small little bakeshop that will hit your pastry cravings in a big way! There are so many things to choose from. Assorted ube pastries, snow puffies, empanadas and so much more! We went to get some of their famous ube cheese pandesal but unfortunetly they were sold out. With that, we ordered their nutella cream filled donut and ube cinnabon. Let me tell you first, the nutella cream filled donut is delicious!! It is here for a limited time so i will have to go back to get them again. The ube cinnabon was actually pretty good. I just love how they experiment with different pastries and it still comes out tasting good.
